At S Classy, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will assist you with a return or refund.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return or refund if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong size, colour, or item

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Return Timeframe

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.

How to Request a Return

  • Send us your order number

  • Share a clear photo or video showing the issue

  • Wait for approval before sending the product back

Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer unless the mistake is from our side.

Refund Method

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed via:

  • Store credit (if preferred)

Refund processing usually takes 2–5 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Exchange Option

If the required size or colour is available, we can provide an exchange instead of a refund.
